As a law student, Kirn worked in boutique firms in the Greater Toronto Area gaining experience in diverse areas of law including immigration, civil litigation, and construction law. Kirn first joined Mass Tsang as an articling student in the early years of his legal career and has continued his work at Mass Tsang as an Associate. He now practices exclusively in the area of criminal law and has handled cases involving drinking and driving, dangerous driving, drug trafficking and possession, fraud, assault and weapons offences. Kirn draws on his experience to provide the best defence for his clients and is driven to achieve the optimal results. He uses a personal approach and understands the difficulties clients are faced with in the criminal justice system. He has litigated matters are various levels of court in the Province of Ontario and is dedicated to vigorously defending his clients.
Outside of the office Kirn enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family and is a sports enthusiast.
Kirn is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
Kirn was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He graduated with his Bachelors of Arts majoring in Philosophy at McMaster University, and went on to pursue law, graduating from University of Leicester Faculty of Law.
